She began her marketing career in New Jersey, where she quickly proved herself to be a standout in both performance and professionalism. Destiny’s natural ability to connect with others, combined with her hunger for growth, earned her early recognition and accelerated opportunities for advancement.

Seeking greater challenges and broader impact, Destiny made the move to New York to start Valiant Management, where she now leads a powerhouse sales team representing Verizon Wireless. Her leadership style is hands-on, people-focused, and results-driven. She believes in leading by example, showing up with energy, and holding her team to high standards of accountability and excellence.
